#This role is expected to provide leadership within or across BBIL manufacturing facilities within Bangalore - with a continual improvement motto of #QA Engineering programs through routine #QA Engineering functional oversight for one or more biological DS / product manufacturing facilities, supporting new projects, audit (intra), good understanding of routine / reoccurring issues, providing resolution by developing robust programs. Further, identify opportunities for relevant functional training, continuous improvements, deploy best practices, pro-actively update QA Engineering programs to reflect current regulations and trends.
#This role shall have a good understanding of the #equipment qualification programs, #engineering systems and new / renovation project related planning and execution within a green, brown field project including existing facility related expansions. Having a demonstrated experience in successful implementation of lean principles and statistical tools.
